Property Development and Refurbishment Lending
To assist with the purchase of property or land, funding up to 100% of development or refurbishment costs. We also lend for development where land is already owned. Stage payments can be made as the project progresses and interest is only charged upon funds drawn down. Part or all interest may be rolled up, subject to loan to value.
Revolving Loan Facility
Advances to fund purchases at auction or wherever an early completion is required. This can be for one or more property purchases, with the flexibility to repay and draw down again at a future date. Facilities are available for terms from 1 month to 12 months.
By using the security of a property or properties a short term flexible loan facility can be designed. Repayments to suit seasonal or other varying business income. We will consider lending against property or land, including agricultural.
We will consider restructuring existing commercial borrowings where suitable property is available as security, cash flow exists to service regular loan interest repayments and a viable repayment route is demonstrated. Security can be taken over development, investment or commercial property, farms and agricultural land.
We pride ourselves upon using our experience to underwrite proposals on an individual basis; all we require is a clear understanding of the proposal, evidence of suitable security and an agreed exit route to repay the loan.
